About This Solution

Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) are stored by the ECU when it detects a fault. On modified vehicles, certain fault codes may be generated by the removal or modification of components (sensors, actuators, emission systems) even when the vehicle is running correctly. Our DTC Removal solution can permanently disable specific fault code monitoring in the ECU software to prevent unwanted codes from returning.
