About This Solution

EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) systems route exhaust gases back into the intake to reduce NOx emissions. When the EGR valve fails or becomes clogged, it causes rough running, excessive smoke, loss of power and fault codes. Our EGR removal file disables EGR monitoring in the ECU software, preventing fault codes from returning once the physical valve has been blanked or removed.
